Dangerous Prayers: Speak to Me by Glenn NewtonWritten by Davina White on Nov 04, 2018 in - No Comments
Would you like to experience a closer relationship with God? Would you like a fresh outlook and energy in your every day life? We invite you to come with us on this sermon series, “Dangerous Prayers.” For this particular Sunday, we were pleased to have guest speaker, Glenn Newton, with us. Glenn has been in ministry since 1993. He is a former church of Christ minister, and now serves as a church consultant and church planter. He has a BA in Ministry from Heritage Christian University and has served in churches in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee and Washington. He currently resides in Florida with his wife, and they have three sons.
In this fifth lesson, we look at Psalm 46:10 and other scriptures as we learn the importance of being still, being silent, and listening for God to speak to us when we call out to him in prayer.
