LOCATION and Parking
As you enter the parking lot at Diamond Canyon school from Liberty Bell Way, you will find ample parking and signs that will point you to the Multi-purpose center as well as class locations. For the KIDS
NURSERY
We have caring teachers who want your children to know Jesus! From birth to kindergarten, our Nursery provides a safe environment so you'll feel secure and be able to enjoy some class time of your own with parents just like you. During the worship hour, we have a special time reserved for kids ages 3-7 years old called Children's Bible Hour. It's teaching on their level while parents get teaching on theirs.
ELEMENTARY
Canyon Kids is our children's ministry and is designed with 1st-5th graders in mind. Our dynamic Bible classes engage kids in a creative time of learning while building friendships with other kids their age.
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL
TREK means "arduous journey" and it is our ministry to 6-8th graders. During these years, students are beginning to venture out and gain more independence. It's important to remind them that God is with them everywhere they go and that they will always have their family there to support them (both natural and spiritual). At the Canyon church, we don't want to seperate our kids from their families but to nurture those relationships. We believe this is a critical time in a teenager's life and we want them to develop strong relationships with their friends, family and especially Jesus Christ!
OASIS is our ministry to high school students and strives to provide that place of safety and sanctuary where students can find refreshment and renewal through Christ. We know it's difficult to be in today's high school hallways where not everyone is a Christian, but that's where our students are called by God to be. When they find a spiritual oasis, they are better equipped to love and share their faith with others. And they have alot of fun together, building relationships, serving the community and experiencing life to it's fullest.

WORSHIP SERVICE
Yes, until our future church campus is built, we do church-portable. This serves as a reminder that the church really isn't about rooms but relationships. Nevertheless, when you enter the multi-purpose room at Diamond Canyon school, just ignore the basketball goals, the "drink milk" wall posters and begin to focus on your need for Christ in your life. You'll find you're not alone in that search and you'll meet some people who truly care about you and your family. Greeters will help you find a seat while shaking a hand or two on the way. You won't be singled out, but you'll be welcomed and encouraged from the beginning to the end of your time at Canyon.
Meet the MINISTER
Our senior minister, Tom Riley, is well known in the community and has a passion for making Christ real in the lives of others. He, along with his wife, Anne, have served churches in Arizona off and on for more than 20 years. They anticipate seeing the Canyon church grow and thrive in this community and feel proud to be living in Anthem! Tom offers a Discovery Canyon class every other month of the year for visitors and new members.

Now that you've attended a worship service at Canyon, you probably heard us mention Connection Groups. Attending one of these small groups that meet in homes is a great way to feel a part of the mission of the Canyon church. Praising, Loving, Reaching! Begin to take the next steps toward a greater relationship with God and with fellow believers.
