Classes

“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.” ~ 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Our Bible classes will encourage and strengthen you in your daily walk of faith, help you get connected with others who will come alongside you for the journey, and increase your knowledge of our loving God and the good work He wants us to do.  Below is a brief overview of the classes we typically offer on Sunday mornings.  Be sure to also check out our Small Group Studies that meet at various days, times, and locations.

SUNDAY MORNINGS – 9:45 AM

Adults – The Life You’ve Always Wanted
Worship Center Auditorium (Bldg. 2)
Led by Ron Barbee and Jay Carter
The heart of Christianity is transformation. This class will give you a road map toward true transformation that starts not with the individual but with the person at the journey’s end—Jesus Christ. Find the spiritually fulfilling life you’ve always wanted.

Adults – The Core Gospel
Education Bldg. (Bldg. 4), Room 406
Led by Shawn White and Daniel Hayes
We are to share the Good News with the world, but what exactly does that mean? This class will cover the key points of the gospel message and help you be more confident in sharing it with others. A timely class as we lead up to the Easter holiday.

High School Students – Heroes of the Faith
Education Bldg. (Bldg. 4), Youth Room (Room 407)
This class will survey some of the greatest heroes of Scripture such as Abraham, Joshua, Deborah, Rahab, and many more. Students will be inspired by these imperfect men and women in the Bible who kept their eyes on God and learn how, with willing hearts, we too can be heroes for God!

Education Bldg. (Bldg. 4), Room 405
Led by Michael Jessop
As a Christian, we are called to be “salt and light” to the world around us. But what exactly does that mean? To find the answer, this class will look at our example, Jesus, and unpack the lessons presented in His’ sermon on the mount.
