Canyon’s Youth Group (6th - 12th Grade) will be taking a road trip to “Winterfest” Christian Youth Conference in Arlington, TX. The group will leave on Thursday 1/12 after school, stay overnight in Las Cruces, NM, then arrive in TX and attend the conference from 1/13-15. The group will then return on Monday 1/16 (a government holiday, so no school that day). There are four adult chaperones attending.

We are attempting this trip to see if we feel it’s worth the drive in the future, so please encourage your kids to come because it might be the only time we go to this conference!

• Please sign-up with our Youth & Family Minister, Carter Milam, by no later than December 11, so we can make adequate plans for food and lodging. Cost is $200 but scholarships are available. Do not let the cost dissuade you from sending your teen! Please talk to Carter for more details or to ask any questions.
